摘要
毕业实习,是高校本科生在校完成专业知识技能的学习后,深入综合化运用并提高创新创造能力的过程,是学生进入职场前的一次重要实践,能为学生顺利就业打下良好的基础。地方高校多以培养应用型人才为目标,毕业实习是应用型大学人才培养的一个重要环节。为了深入了解掌握地方高校本科生毕业实习的现状,该文对北京市市属高校本科生毕业实习状况进行了调查,并按照学科门类分别进行了研究,该文是针对于理工类本科专业毕业实习现状及对策的研究。
Graduation practice is the process of comprehensive application and improvement of innovation and creativity after undergraduate students have completed their professional knowledge and skills at school.It is an important practice before students enter the workplace and lays a good foundation for students to obtain employment smoothly.Most local colleges and universities aim at cultivating applied talents,and graduation practice is an important part of talent training in applied universities.In order to further understand and grasp the status quo of undergraduate graduation practice in local universities,we investigated the current situation of undergraduate graduation practice in municipal universities in Beijing,and conducted researches according to the categories of disciplines.This paper is aimed at the present situation and countermeasures of undergraduate graduation practice in science and engineering major.
