摘要
职业教育是与精准扶贫关联度高、紧密性强的教育类型,其不仅能够及时有效解决贫困地区民众生产生活所急需的"傍身之技",而且能够源源不断地将既有劳动力和潜在劳动力通过培养培训向各行各业输送,从而将人口规模转化为人口红利,有利于国家经济社会的发展。该文以杭州职业技术学院电梯精准扶贫项目为案例进行实证研究,深入分析职业教育与精准扶贫之间的必然关系、当前对接的实然缺陷,并提出建设性的应然意见。
Vocational education is a type of education with high relevance and strong closeness to targeted poverty alleviation. It can not only timely and effectively solve the "skills" needed by people in poor areas in production and life, but also continuously deliver the existing labor force and potential labor force to all walks of life through training,so as to transform the population scale into demographic dividend, which is beneficial to the national economy and society development. This paper takes the elevator targeted poverty alleviation project of Hangzhou vocational and Technical college as the carrier to conduct empirical research, deeply analyzes the inevitable relationship between vocational education and targeted poverty alleviation, the actual defects of the current docking, and puts forward constructive suggestions.
