摘要
该文针对当前高职院校汽车类专业教育与创新创业教育融合机制中存在的师资队伍建设薄弱、教育课程体系融合度有限、实践教学整合度不够等问题,提出提升专业教师创新创业教学能力,打造"三导师"师资团队;渗透创新创业理念,重构教学课程体系;加强创新创业实践能力培养,搭建多元实践平台等多种途径实现汽车类专业教育与创新创业教育的有效融合,并介绍了创新创业教育融入汽车专业课程案例,为培养具有创新创业意识的汽车技术技能复合型人才提供借鉴。
At present,there are some problems in the integration mechanism of automobile professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,such as weak construction of teaching staff,limited integration of education curriculum system and insufficient integration of practical teaching.It is proposed to improve professional teachers’innovation and entrepreneurship teaching ability,build"three tutors"teaching team,infiltrate innovation and entrepreneurship concept,reconstruct teaching curriculum system,and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship practical ability training,building multiple practice platform and other ways to achieve the effective integration of automobile professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and introduces the case of innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into automobile professional courses,which provides reference for training compound talents with innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness.
