摘要
在大学生就业创业实践教育中,高职院校就业创业指导师资队伍建设应引起有关部门的重视,它是一项专业性、技术性很强的工作。高职院校要做好育人工作,师资队伍建设是一个非常重要的环节,必须切实抓好。该文分析了高职就业创业师资队伍建设的现状及存在的问题,探索了行之有效的解决途径,为提高高职学生的职业核心素质和教师队伍的能力提供了有力保障。
In the practical education of employment and entrepreneurship for college students,the construction of the teaching staff of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in higher vocational colleges should arouse the attention of the relevant departments.The construction of teaching staff is a very important link for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in educating people.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the employment and entrepreneurship teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,and probes into the effective ways to solve these problems,so as to provide a strong guarantee for improving the vocational core quality of the students and the ability of the teaching staff.
