摘要
近年来,国内出台的相关政策中反复强调对于传统文化艺术的复兴。传统文化艺术复兴的重点在于对中国传统艺术的继承和发展,这也就要求国内艺术类人才对传统艺术做再创造。因此,培养具有创新性能力、品学兼优的艺术类专业学位人才也就成了重中之重,是积极响应国家战略的必要举措。该文以艺术类专业学位人才培养的质量为切入点,分别从立德树人、师资队伍、创新创业、实践基地、国际化水平和社会服务这六个角度详细分析当前部分高校在国家战略背景下,对于艺术类专业学位人才培养在思想、团队、设施、对外交流和回馈社会方面做出的重要举措及意义。
In recent years,domestic policies have repeatedly emphasized the revival of traditional culture and art.The key point of the revival of traditional culture and art lies in the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional art,which requires domestic art talents to re-create traditional art.Therefore,the cultivation of art professional degree talents with innovative ability and excellent quality has become the top priority,which is a necessary measure to actively respond to the national strategy.Taking the quality of art professional degree talents training as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes in detail the ideological,team,facilities,external communication and social service of some colleges and universities under the background of national strategy from the perspectives of morality cultivation,teaching staff,innovation and entrepreneurship,practice base,international level and social service important measures and significance.
