摘要
青年教师是高职院校教学队伍重要的组成部分,青年教师教学水平不仅关系到其个人发展,更关系到高职院校的人才培养质量。该文运用SWOT分析方法,分析青年教师教学发展的困境,归纳内、外部驱动因素,提出青年教师内部自主发展的成长策略和外部组织的驱动机制策略,构建高职青年教师"内外协同驱动"式教学发展模型,为高职青年教师教学能力发展提供可借鉴的模式与路径。
Young teachers are an important part of the teaching team in higher vocational colleges.The teaching level of young teachers is not only related to their personal development,but also related to the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.SWOT analysis method,this paper analysis the plight of the young teachers teaching development,internal and external driving factors,put forward the growth of young teachers internal independent development strategy and external organization driving mechanism,construction of young teachers in higher vocational"inside and outside the synergy drive"teaching model,and provides referential for young teachers teaching ability development mode and path.
