摘要
新工科建设要求地方高校改革创新创业教育,使高校培养的人才更好地服务于地方经济建设发展。如何在新工科的背景下有效开展创新创业教育,是当前地方高校亟待解决的问题。以广西科技大学汽车与交通类专业为例,在创新能力意识培养、实践教学、过程管理、就业创业教育上给予重视,并将创新创业教育融入专业实体中,加强实施。通过研究与实践,深化了校企合作平台、形成创新、创业、就业"三位一体"的长效运行机制。实践证明,该教育模式解决了教学中的"教"与"学"、"投入"与"产出"问题,改革成效显著。
The construction of new engineering requires the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities so that the talents trained by colleges and universities can better serve the development of local economic construction.At present,the urgent problem of innovation and entrepreneurship education is how to carry out effectively under the background of new engineering.Taking the automobile and transportation major of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example,it attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovative ability consciousness,practical teaching,process management,employment and entrepreneurship,and integrates innovation and entrepreneurship into professional entities to strengthen the implementation.Through research and practice,the school-enterprise cooperation platform is deepened to form a"trinity"of innovation,entrepreneurship and employment long-term operation mechanism.Practice has proved that this model solves the problems of"teaching"and"learning","input"and"output"in teaching,and the reform has achieved remarkable results.
