摘要
21世纪以来,海洋成为世界各国寻求发展的重要领域,并且随着海洋强国战略的深入实施以及智能时代的迅猛发展,对海洋类高层次创新人才的需求不断增加。为应对海洋类专业高层次、复合型人才需求不断增长的新形势,该文主要分析海洋类研究生培养现状及问题,并基于“校+所”联合培养模式,从研究生培养课程、实践实习和创新能力三方面,积极探索构建海洋类研究生培养模式创新与实践。
Since the 21st century,the ocean has become an important field for the development of all countries in the world.With the in-depth implementation of the Marine power strategy and the rapid development of the intelligent era,the demand for high-level Marine innovative talents is constantly expanding.In response to the Marine engineering high level,the inter-disciplinary talent demand of the growing of the new situation,this article mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of graduate education in ocean engineering,and based on school+under the background of joint training mode,course of graduate student training,practice,practice and innovation ability three aspects to explore construction of Marine class graduate student training mode innovation and practice.
