摘要
通过实地调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对当前高校体育教师创新创业教育教学能力进行研究。发现部分高校体育教师参与创新创业教育教学的意识不强,知识结构不合理,教学内容不丰富,缺少创新创业的实践经验等,同时分析产生这些问题的原因。提出运用大数据,从思想认识、理论教学、实践教学、保障措施等方面提升高校体育教师创新创业教育教学能力,为推动体育专业创新创业教育的深化改革、提高创新型人才培养质量提供参考。
Through field investigation,questionnaire survey,expert interview and other methods,this paper studies the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education of PE teachers in colleges and universities.It is found that PE teachers in colleges and universities do not have strong awareness of participating in the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,unreasonable knowledge structure,poor teaching content and lack of practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.This paper proposes to use big data to improve the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education of PE teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of ideological understanding,theoretical teaching,practical teaching and guarantee measures,so as to provide reference for promoting the deepening reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education of PE specialty and improving the quality of innovative talent cultivation.
