摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,教育、经济等行业也发生了较大的变化,这在无形中也影响了我国各个院校特别是高职院校的教育教学管理模式。高职院校应当在原有基础上进一步创新和发展,突出学生的创新实践能力,将教育教学管理与就业相结合,打造校企协作教学模式,整合教学素材,深入挖掘有利的教学信息,制定合适的教学体系,使学生有更好的发展前景,从而为学生就业打下坚实的基础。
With the continuous development of social economy,great changes have taken place in education,economy and other industries.This virtually stimulates the education and teaching management mode of various colleges and universities in China,especially higher vocational colleges,which should further innovate and develop on the original basis,and highlight the innovation and practice ability of students.Combine education and teaching management with employment,create school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode,integrate various teaching materials,dig out favorable teaching information,and formulate suitable teaching system,so that students can have a better prospect of development.In order to lay a strong foundation for the future employment of students.
