摘要
地方职业本科院校的人才培养要坚持以服务地区经济社会发展为宗旨。创新创业能力是当今时代对人才培养的要求,专业技能训练是培养学生创新创业意识和创新能力的重要平台。将专业技能训练与创新创业教育进行有机融合,构建科学的专业技能教育体系,对学生创新创业素质能力的培养有较好的提升作用。该文分析了通过专业技能训练促进创新创业能力提升的方法,并在此基础上提出相应的对策与建议。
The talent training of local vocational undergraduate colleges should adhere to the purpose of serving regional economic and social development.Innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important requirement for talent training in today’s era,and professional skill training is an important platform for cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and innovation ability.The organic integration of professional skills training and innovation and entrepreneurship education,to build a scientific professional skills education system,has a good role in strengthening the cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship quality and ability.This paper analyzes how to promote the cultivation and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability through professional skill training,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
