摘要
随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加和社会经济发展,社会对人才的需求也逐渐发生变化,高校承担着培养创新创业人才的重要任务,“双创”理念深入人心。近几年,国内大学生参与创业的人数不断增加。该研究阐述了创业胜任力的概念,总结了高校创业教育模式的现状,分析了大学生创业胜任力培养存在的主要问题,并结合胜任力模型,提出了我国高校大学生创业胜任力培养机制的构建思路,从而提升大学生创业能力,提高大学生创业素养。
With the number of college graduates increasing year by year and the social and economic development,the country’s demand for talent is also gradually changing,colleges and universities undertake the important task of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,the concept of“mass entrepreneurship”is deeply rooted in the people’s mind.In recent years,the number of college students involved in entrepreneurship has been increasing.This research expounds the concept of entrepreneurial competence,summarizes the current situation of entrepreneurship education pattern in colleges and universities,analyzes the main problems of college students’entrepreneurial competency,and connecting with the competency model,put forward the our country college students’entrepreneurial competence training mechanism,so as to promote college students’entrepreneurial ability,promote students undertaking the work carries out.
