摘要
应用型本科院校酒店管理专业主要培养高素质的复合型、应用型专业人才,多元智能理论为酒店管理专业人才培养提供了新的思维框架。该文以多元智能理论为指导,阐述了多元智能理论的内涵,分析了多元智能理论应用于酒店管理专业人才培养的必要性,提出酒店管理专业人才培养的具体措施,以期为应用型本科院校酒店管理专业人才培养提供参考。
The hotel management major of applied undergraduate colleges mainly cultivate high-quality,compound and applied professionals.The theory of multiple intelligences provides a new thinking framework for the training of hotel management professionals.Guided by theory of multiple intelligences,this paper expounds the connotation of theory of multiple intelligences,analyzes the necessity of applying theory of multiple intelligences to the cultivation of hotel management professionals,and puts forward specific measures for the cultivation of hotel management professionals,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of hotel management professionals in applied undergraduate colleges.
