摘要
大学生合理地进行职业生涯规划,能够促进其做好自我认知,同时,能够尽早明确职业生涯目标。高职院校在提升学生专业技能的同时,积极筹措相关资源,做好职业生涯规划教育,能够帮助学生提升就业创业能力,对提高就业率及就业质量有着重要意义。该文主要针对土木建筑类专业学生当前职业生涯规划教育面临的一些问题,进行深入研究分析,提出相关的建议及解决思路,为提升毕业生的社会竞争力打下坚实基础。
College students’reasonable career planning can promote their self-awareness and clarify their career goals as soon as possible.While improving students’professional skills,higher vocational colleges actively raise relevant resources and do a good job in career planning education,which can help students improve their employability and entrepreneurship.It is of great significance to improve the employment rate and employment quality.This paper mainly makes an in-depth research and analysis on some problems faced by the current career planning education of civil engineering students,and puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions,so as to lay a solid foundation for improving the social competitiveness of graduates.
