摘要
在实施“卓越农林人才2.0”的背景下,通过分析园林园艺专业的教学现状和卓越农林人才计划的重要内容,发现传统人才培养模式已不符合当前卓越农林人才培养需求。因此,该文构建了基于园林园艺专业的高校(U)、农林企业(A)、科研院所(S)和综合试验站(C)协同发展的“U-A-S-C”四级联动人才培养模式,重点阐述了四级联动人才培养模式的组织体系、高素质专任教师队伍建设计划、创新人才培养计划、农科教与“产学研”深度融合行动计划,并建立专门的质量评价体系,以期为园林园艺专业群卓越农林人才培养提供参考。
Under the background of the implementation of“Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents 2.0”,the analysis of the teaching status quo of landscape and horticulture specialty and important contents of the excellent agricultural and forestry talents plan found that the traditional talent training mode has not met the current excellent agricultural and forestry talent training needs.Therefore,this paper constructs the“U-A-S-C”four-level linkage talent training mode based on the coordinated development of the university(U),agricultural and forestry enterprises(A),research institutes(S)and comprehensive experimental station(C)of the landscape and horticulture specialty and expounds the organization system of the four-level linkage talent training mode,the construction plan of high-quality and full-time teachers,the training plan of innovative talents,the action plan of the deep integration of agricultural science and education and“Industry-University-Research”,and the establishment of a special quality evaluation system and guarantee mechanism,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of excellent agricultural and forestry talents of landscape and horticulture specialty group.
