Exploration and Practice on the Training System of Top-notch Innovative Personnel of Bioscience in Local Agricultural University——Taking Shanxi Agricultural University as an Example

摘要培养适应现代农业发展需求的拔尖创新型人才,是新时期高等农业院校面临的机遇和挑战。山西农业大学从传承生物学学科特色、锚定新农业大学专业定位,修订人才培养方案、优化课程体系设计,围绕立德树人根本任务、着力加强课程思政建设,适应专业特色优势、创新人才培养机制,建设一流课程、夯实专业基础,聚焦创新创业、重构实践教学体系等方面,探索和实践适合地方农业院校的拔尖创新人才培养体系,以期为地方院校拔尖人才培养提供参考。 It is not only a chance but also a challenge for agricultural universities to cultivate the top-notch innovative personnel meeting the needs of modern agricultural development in a new era.Shanxi Agricultural University explored and practiced on the training mechanisms for top-notch innovative personnel which are suitable for local agricultural universities.They carried on several actions including inheritance of characteristics of biology and setting specialty objectives in line with the orientation of the new agricultural university,amending the personnel training program and optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the coursebased ideological and political education to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education,innovating in personnel training mechanisms on the basis of features and advantages of the major,constructing the firstclass course to lay a solid foundation for the major,reconstituting the practical teaching system to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and so on.The purpose of the reform practice is to provide a reference for local universities to cultivate the top-notch innovative personnel.
