摘要
OBE理念是当前高校课程改革的主要理念,契合应用型人才培养的需求。该文基于OBE教育理念,结合人机工程学课程特点,在教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、教学效果评价方面进行了教学改革的初步探索,构建了OBE理念下人机工程学课程的评价体系,实践证明,改革后课程取得了良好的教学效果,可为高校相关课程的改革与建设提供思路。
The OBE concept is the main concept of current curriculum reform in universities,which meets the needs of cultivating applied talents.This article is based on the OBE education concept,combined with the characteristics of ergonomics courses,and conducts a preliminary exploration of teaching reform in teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching organization,and teaching effectiveness evaluation.It constructs an evaluation system for ergonomics courses under the OBE concept.Practice has shown that the reformed courses have achieved good teaching results,which can provide ideas for the reform and construction of relevant courses in universities.
