摘要
面对数字化商业模式和业态结构的变化,传统的商科实践教学体系已不适应新商科理念下对商业人才需求的新变化。基于新商科人才需求变化和传统商科人才培养存在的问题,该文从实践教学课程、实践教学平台、实践教学模式和实践教学项目等方面构建了新商科人才培养的实践教学体系,并设计产教研融合机制、实践教学管理机制、教师引入和培育机制、多元化资金投入机制等保障机制,以提升新商科人才的综合实践能力和培养质量。
Faced with the impact of digital business models and formats,the traditional business practice teaching system is no longer adapted to the new changes in the demand for business talents under the new business philosophy.Based on the changing demand for new business talents and the existing problems in traditional business talent cultivation,a practical teaching system for new business talent cultivation has been constructed the perspectives of practical teaching courses,practical teaching platforms,practical teaching models,and practical teaching projects.A mechanism for integrating industry,education,and research,a mechanism for managing practical teaching,a mechanism for introducing and cultivating teachers,and a mechanism for diversified capital investment have been designed to ensure the integration of industry,education,and research,to enhance the comprehensive practical ability and training quality of new business talents.
