摘要
                
                    随着知识经济的发展,高校不再仅是教学与研究的场所,而更多成为社会决策和发展的智慧中心。高校智库作为高校这一转变的具体体现,正日益受到决策者和公众的关注。基于此,该文对新时期新型高校智库人才队伍建设优化措施进行研究,阐述新时期新型高校智库人才队伍建设存在的问题,并给出新时期新型高校智库人才队伍建设的优化措施,以期通过该文的研究,为高校智库的人才培养、团队构建和绩效提升提供有力支持。
                
                With the development of the knowledge economy,universities are no longer just places for teaching and research,but are increasingly turning into intelligent centers for social decision-making and development.University think tanks,as a concrete manifestation of this transformation in universities,are increasingly receiving attention from decision-makers and the public.Based on this,this article studies the optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era,elaborates on the problems in the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team,and provides optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era.Through this article's research,it is hoped to provide strong support for the talent cultivation,team building,and performance improvement of university think tanks.
