摘要
在产业转型升级的背景下,职业院校产业学院人才培养策略与地方产业需求的契合至关重要,该文探究两者之间的关系,并提出相应建议。该文分析了人才培养策略对地方产业转型升级的影响以及地方产业转型升级对人才培养策略的要求,同时对职业院校产业学院的人才培养策略进行了深入分析,包括专业设置、课程体系和实践教学等方面,通过比较分析发现,职业院校产业学院的人才培养策略在某些方面与地方产业转型升级的需求存在差距,因此提出职业院校产业学院的人才培养应与地方产业深度对接、优化专业设置、加强实践教学与产业结合、更好地满足地方产业转型的需求和优化职业院校产业学院人才培养策略的建议,这对于推动职业院校教育与地方经济发展的紧密结合具有重要指导作用,对于职业教育体系的优化与完善具有重要意义。
Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the fit between the talent cultivation strategies of industrial colleges in vocational institutions and the needs of local industries is paramount.This article explores the relationship between the two and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This article analyzes the impact of talent cultivation strategies on the transformation and upgrading of local industries,as well as the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of local industries for talent cultivation strategies.Meanwhile,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the talent cultivation strategies of industrial colleges in vocational colleges,including professional settings,curriculum systems,and practical teaching.Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are gaps between the talent cultivation strategies of industrial colleges in vocational colleges and the needs of local industrial transformation and upgrading in some aspects.Therefore,it is proposed that the talent cultivation of industrial colleges in vocational colleges should be deeply integrated with local industries,optimize professional settings,strengthen the combination of practical teaching and industries,so as to better meet the needs of local industrial transformation,and optimize the talent cultivation strategies of industrial colleges in vocational colleges.This plays an important guiding role in promoting the close integration of vocational education with local economic development and is of great significance for the optimization and improvement of the vocational education system.
