摘要
为提高采油螺杆泵设计及验证过程中的工作效率,研究了Solidworks软件二次开发功能应用于该过程的方法。应用计算机建模、参数化设计、计算机校核与模拟实验是目前广泛采用的技术手段。基于Solidworks二次开发功能,编制采油螺杆泵的参数化设计、图纸自动生成程序,在单头螺杆泵尺寸设计、性能验证方面提效明显,节约设计验证时长约40%。该方法为机械采油设备的研发提供了便捷的手段。
The method of secondary development function of Solidworks software has been studied in order to improve the work efficiency in the process of design and verification of oil production screw pumps.The application of computer modeling,parametric design,computer verification and simulation tests are extensively adopted technical methods at present.The parametric design and automatic drawing generation program for oil production screw pumps have been compiled on the basis of secondary development function of Solidworks,which obviously improve the efficiency in the dimension design and performance verification of single-head screw pumps.The design verification time is saved about 40%.The method provides a covenient method for the research and development of mechanical oil production equipments.
