摘要
为解决大庆油田致密油储层采用常规压裂波及体积小及有效动用程度低的问题,开展了水平井小间距体积压裂技术研究。根据大庆油田致密油储层的特点,结合国内外小间距体积压裂开发趋势,对试验井的导流能力、裂缝间距、裂缝半长、施工排量及支撑剂分别进行优化。以X4井为例,全井压裂23段64簇,平均裂缝间距为17m,共加入压裂液20277m3;压裂后初期及产量稳定后的日产液量和日产油量均较高,取得了良好效果。由此可见,致密油水平井小间距体积压裂工艺有效动用了储层,降低了施工成本,可为同类型水平井压裂方案的优化设计提供借鉴和指导。
In order to solve the problems of small sweep volume and low effective producing degree in the tight oilreservoirs of Daqing Oilfield stimulated by the conventional fracturing, the research on small-spacing volumefracturing technology for horizontal wells was conducted.According to the characteristics of tight oil reservoirs inDaqing Oilfield and combined with the development trend of small-spacing volume fracturing in domestic andforeign oilfields, the conductivity, fracture spacing, fracture half-length, operation displacement and proppant ofthe test wells were optimized respectively.Taking Well X4 as an example, the whole well was fractured by 64 clusters of 23 intervals, with an average fracture spacing of 17 m and a total of 20277 m3 of fracturing fluid.The dailyfluid and oil production were both high at the initial stage and the stable production period after fracturing, andgood results had been achieved.Therefore, the small-spacing volume fracturing technology for tight oil horizontalwells can effectively stimulate the reservoirs and reduce the operation cost, which can provide reference andguidance for the optimal design of fracturing schemes for the same kind of horizontal wells.
