摘要
为了进一步加大对大庆油田低渗透、超低渗透油藏的开发力度,开展了超短半径侧钻水平井技术研究与应用。通过对该技术特点的分析,确定选井要求,利用老井眼中的油层套管在剩余油富集油层下导斜器定位,开窗侧钻,采用柔性钻具配合导斜器修正方向,并利用超高压水力喷射钻头钻进,钻出一定曲率半径的水平井。现场试验5口井,措施后平均单井日增液量为8.56t,日增油量为7.64t,含水率下降4.8个百分点,措施效果明显。研究表明,超短半径侧钻水平井技术使定向挖潜成为现实,有效地改变了油层渗流面积及油流状态,为大庆油田改善剩余油开发效果提供了技术支持。
To further enhance the development of low and ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield,the research and application of ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal well technology were carried out.Through the analysis on the characteristics of the technology,the requirements for well selection were determined.The deflector was run into the production casing in old wellbore and located at the residual oil enriched interval,and then sidetrack drilling.The flexible drilling tool was matched with guiding sleeves to correct the direction,and ultrahigh pressure hydraulic jet bit was used to drill a horizontal well with certain curvature radius.The technology has been applied to 5 wells in the field application.After treatment,the average daily liquid increment per well was8.56 t,the daily oil increment was 7.64 t,and the water cut dropped by 4.8%,which achieved obvious effect.The research indicates that the ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal well technology makes the directional tapping a reality,effectively changes the reservoir seepage area and oil flow state,and provides technological support for improving the residual oil development in Daqing Oilfield.
