QY-平1井套管及固井水泥优化设计与应用 被引量:2

Optimization design and application of casing and cementing in Well QY-Ping1

摘要 QY-平1井是一口需要进行大规模体积压裂改造的水平井,在以往压裂过程中,部分井套管、水泥环在施工过程中发生变形损坏,影响了压裂效果和油气产量。为了避免井下复杂事故、缩短钻井周期及满足大规模压裂要求,对钻井工程设计中钻井参数、井眼轨道、套管及水泥浆体系进行了优化设计。提出了水平井生产套管有效外载荷计算方法和管柱优化设计方案,优选了生产套管钢级和壁厚,套管、水泥环强度满足大规模压裂施工要求。在钻井施工过程中钻速得到了提升,全井平均机械钻速为18.87m/h,钻井周期为35.63天,固井质量合格率为100%,优质井段比例达70%以上。通过钻井设计优化,提升了施工效率,降低了复杂事故的发生,优质高效地完成了QY-平1井的钻完井施工。该井的钻井设计优化与应用可为国内类似开发井设计提供借鉴。 Well QY-Ping1 is a horizontal well that requires large-scale volume fracturing stimulation.In the previous fracturing operation,some casings and cement sheath in the wells were deformed and damaged during the operation,which affected the fracturing effect and oil and gas production.In order to avoid complex downhole accidents,shorten the drilling cycle and meet the requirements of large-scale fracturing,the drilling parameters,wellbore trajectory,casings and cement slurry system in the design of drilling engineering were optimized.The calculation method of effective external load of production casing in horizontal wells and the optimization design of casing string were proposed,and the steel grade and wall thickness of production casing,as well as the strength of cement sheath to meet the requirements of large-scale fracturing were optimized.The penetration rate has been improved during drilling operation.The average ROP of the well was 18.87m/h;the drilling cycle was 35.63d;the qualification rate of cementing quality was 100%;and the proportion of high-quality well sections was more than 70%.Through the optimization of drilling design,the operation efficiency was improved,the occurrence of complicated accidents were reduced,and the drilling and completion of Well QY-Ping 1 was completed with high quality and efficiency.It has provided a reference for the design of similar development wells in China.
