摘要
经化学驱的油藏非均质程度加剧,为了满足对调剖剂性能越来越高的要求,开展了化学驱调剖技术研究。研制了适用于聚合物驱、三元复合驱、聚合物驱后的调剖剂,开展了成胶性能、膨胀性能及岩心封堵性能研究。研究表明,适用于聚合物驱的多元络合铬凝胶、水膨橡胶颗粒两种调剖剂体系现场试验单井综合成本由55万元降到了35万元;适用于三元复合驱的耐碱凝胶体系、耐碱颗粒两种调剖剂体系与三元液配伍性能良好,现场应用后,提高采收率2.5个百分点;适用于聚合物驱后调剖的低初始黏度凝胶调堵剂体系室内实验及现场应用表明,可实现选择性封堵优势渗流通道,不伤害中、低渗透层。研制的调剖剂封堵率均达到98%以上,能够有效提高采收率,为化学驱持续稳产提供了技术支撑。
The heterogeneity of reservoir after chemical flooding was intensified.In order to meet the higher requirements for the performance of profile control agent,the research on profile control technology by chemical flooding was carried out.The profile control agent suitable for polymer flooding,ASP flooding and after polymer flooding was developed,and the gelling performance,expansion performance and core plugging performance were studied.The research showed that the comprehensive cost of a single well with two kinds of profile control agent system for polymer flooding,including chromium complex gel and water swelling rubber,has been reduced from 550 thousand yuan to 350 thousand yuan in field test.Two kinds of profile control agent system including alkaliresistant gel system and alkali-resistant granule suitable for ASP composite flooding,had good compatibility with its ASP flooding liquid,and the recovery efficiency was increased by 2.5%after field application.Laboratory experiments and field application of gel plugging agent system with low initial viscosity for profile control of after polymer flooding indicated that selective plugging of dominant seepage channels could be achieved without damaging the middle and low permeable layers.The plugging efficiency of the developed profile control agent is more than 98%,which can effectively enhance oil recovery and provide technical support for continuous and stable production by chemical flooding.
