古龙页岩油水平井宽排量潜油电泵举升技术现状 被引量:2

Status of submersible electric pump lifting technology with wide displacement for horizontal wells in Gulong shale oil reservoir

摘要 近几年来,大庆古龙页岩油得到一定规模开采,为适应产液量波动范围大,降低全生命周期换泵频次,进行了宽排量潜油电泵举升优化设计及配套技术优选。通过改进设计三维空间曲面叶片,并结合变频调速技术,宽排量潜油电泵高效区举升扬程为600~1600m,排量为120~360m^(3)/d,效率为50%~70%,满足了页岩油水平井产液量变化大的举升需求,有利于示范区平台井集约建产。但在试验应用过程中,井下无绝缘、砂卡和结垢等故障频发,导致检泵周期短,影响了生产运行时率。结合6台宽排量潜油电泵的拆检情况,分析了机组失效原因,并阐述了延长检泵周期和降低故障率的措施,为宽排量潜油电泵在页岩油水平井高效举升提供了有效技术手段。 In recent years,Daqing Gulong shale oil reservoir has been exploited on a certain scale.In order to solve the problem of large fluctuation range in liquid production and reduce the frequency of pump replacement in the whole life cycle,the lifting optimization design for electric submersible pump with wide displacement and the selection of supporting technologies were carried out.By improving the design of the 3D curved blades and combining the frequency conversion speed regulation technology,the lift height of the submersible electric pump with wide displacement in high efficiency zone was from 600 to 1600 m,the displacement was from 120 to 360 m~3/d,with the efficiency from 50%to 70%,which met the lifting demand of shale oil wells with great variation of liquid production,and was beneficial to the intensive production from platform wells in the demonstration area.But in the process of field test application,some accidents such as no insulation,sand sticking and scaling often occurred frequently in the downhole,resulting in the short pump inspection cycle and affecting the production efficiency.According to the disassembly and inspection of 6 submersible electric pumps with wide displacement,the failure causes of the unit were analyzed,and the measures for prolonging pump inspection cycle and reducing the failure rate were put forward.It provided an effective technical means for the efficient lifting of submersible electric pump with wide displacement in shale oil horizontal wells.
