基于TRIZ理论的葡萄花薄互储层水平井穿层压裂技术研究

Research on horizontal wells penetration fracturing technology in Putaohua thin reservoir based on TRIZ theory

摘要 针对大庆油田葡萄花薄互储层纵向动用程度低的现状,运用TRIZ理论对当前葡萄花薄互储层水平井压裂工艺进行因果分析和功能分析,确定影响压裂效果的关键因素,继而对研究系统进行物理矛盾和物—场模型分析,运用时间分离原理和物—场分析的一般解法,提出低黏度压裂液造缝+提高阶段排量提高净压力+纤维固砂的穿层压裂工艺。在确定了穿层压裂的总体思路后,结合数值模拟、室内实验,进行纤维加注量优化、净压力控制及施工排量优化,并在A-平2井进行现场试验,压裂后单缝日产油量为同区块相邻水平井的1.13~1.15倍。试验结果表明,TRIZ理论分析法提出的穿层压裂工艺方法可实现薄互储层纵向有效动用,提高单井产能,可为类似储层的有效开发提供借鉴和指导。 According to the low degree of vertical development of Putaohua thin reservoir in Daqing Oilfield,the TRIZ theory was used to conduct the causal analysis and the functional analysis on the current horizontal well fracturing technology of putaohua thin reservoir,so as to determine the key factors affecting the fracturing effect,and analyze the physical contradiction and physical-field model in the research system.An penetration fracturing technology was proposed including three aspects of low viscosity fracturing fluid fracturing,increasing stage flow rate to increase the hydraulic net pressure,and fiber sand consolidation in terms of time separation principle and the general solution of physical-field analysis.After determining the general idea of penetration fracturing,combined with numerical simulation and laboratory experiments,the fiber injection volume optimization,hydraulic net pressure control and operation flow rate optimization were carried out,and the field test was carried out in Well A-Ping 2,whose daily production of a single fracture was 1.13~1.15 times of that adjacent horizontal wells in the same block after fracturing.The test results showed that the penetration fracturing technology based on TRIZ theory analysis method could realize the vertical effective development of thin reservoirs and increase the single well productivity,which could provide reference and guidance for the effective development of similar reservoirs.
