摘要
塔架式抽油机应用重力平衡原理工作,设备运行情况受井况影响较大,井下载荷过高极易造成过载停机现象。为进一步挖掘节能潜力,避免塔架式抽油机出现过载停机现象,从塔架式抽油机悬点载荷及电动机设备负荷分析入手,探讨了两种塔架式抽油机降载措施技术。针对塔架式抽油机高载荷井,根据沉没度情况,分别采取碳纤维连续抽油杆降载技术和降载措施组合优化技术,碳纤维连续抽油杆降载技术应用后平均悬点最大载荷下降了14.39kN;采取降载措施组合优化技术换大泵后,平均日增液量为19.1t,沉没度下降171m,平均悬点最大载荷仅上升3.6kN。采取两种降载措施后均取得了较好的效果,解决了塔架式抽油机井过载停机问题,为塔架式抽油机的降载提效和增产提供了技术保障。
Because tower pumping unit applies the principle of gravity balance,the operation of the equipment is greatly affected by the well conditions.The excessive load in the downhole can easily cause the overload shutdown phenomenon.In order to further tap the potential of energy-saving and avoid the overload shutdown problem of tower pumping unit,two kinds of load-reducing measures for tower pumping unit were discussed by analyzing the suspension point load and motor equipment load of tower pumping unit.For the high-load well of the tower pumping unit,the load-reducing technology for continuous sucker rod with the carbon fiber and the optimal load-reducing combination measures were adopted respectively according to the submergence condition.The average maximum suspension load decreased by 14.39 kN after the application of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod.The average daily liquid increment was 19.1 t;the submergence lowered by 171 m;and the average maximum suspension load increased only 3.6 kN by using the optimal load-reducing combination measures to change the big pump.Good results have been achieved after adopting two load-reducing measures,which have solved the problem of overloading shutdown of tower pumping wells,and provided a technical guarantee for load reduction,efficiency improvement and stimulation measures in tower pumping units.
