摘要
蛋白质是生理功能的执行者,是生命活动的直接体现者,要对生命的复杂活动有全面和深入的认识,就必须进行蛋白质组学方面的研究。桑树可作为果桑、菜桑和饲料桑等进行种植,是中国重要的经济林树种,为适应其多元化的育种目标,需要了解其分子机制,为此要加强桑树蛋白质组学方面的研究。本研究总结了桑树蛋白质提取方法及分离鉴定技术、生物与非生物胁迫和桑树不同组织器官的蛋白质组学研究的最新进展,以期为桑树分子生物学研究提供理论参考。
Protein executes physiological functions and directly embodies life activities.Therefore,it is of great importance to conduct proteomics research to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of life complexity.Since mulberry tree can be planted as fruit,vegetable and food,it is an important economic tree species in China.In view of its diversified breeding objectives,it is necessary to strengthen the research on mulberry proteomics for the sake of clarifying its molecular mechanism.In this study,extraction,separation and identification of mulberry proteins were summarized,and research advances in biotic and abiotic stresses as well as proteomics progresses in different tissues of mulberry tree were introduced,which provided theoretical references for the research on mulberry molecular biology.
