摘要
本文基于工业企业微观数据,通过将要素错配具体分解为"厂商间"与"厂商内"两种错配,并通过构建异质性厂商垄断竞争模型,在数理与实证两个维度考察了信贷歧视对要素错配的完整影响机制。结论表明,正是基于所有制差异而形成的普遍性的信贷歧视,造成了企业资本相对稀缺以及信贷资本向低效率单元的集聚,从而导致工业部门资本错配的持续积累。但信贷歧视与要素错配间存在着典型的"非线性"影响特征,并在不同样本组中存在异质性。最后,本文提出了相关政策建议。
Based on the micro data of industrial enterprises,this paper decomposes factor mismatch into“inter firm”and“intra firm”mismatches,constructs a heterogeneous firm monopolistic competition model,and investigates the complete mechanism of credit discrimination on factor mismatch from both mathematical and empirical dimensions.The conclusion shows that it is the universal credit discrimination based on ownership differences that causes factor mismatch This leads to the relative scarcity of enterprise capital and the concentration of credit capital to inefficient units,resulting in the continuous accumulation of capital mismatch in the industrial sector.However,there is a typical“non-linear”effect between credit discrimination and factor mismatch,and there is heterogeneity in different sample groups.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
