摘要
为便于质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的动态仿真和控制方案的设计,试图绕开PEMFC的内部复杂性,基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM),在质子交换膜100%增湿情况下,建立PEMFC输出电压与温度特性的动态模型。模型以负载电流为输入,以PEMFC电堆的输出电压与温度为输出。通过MATLAB仿真对所建LS-SVM辨识模型的有效性和精度进行检验。与电流发生阶跃变化时PEMFC的输出电压和温度实验数据相比,该LS-SVM辨识模型具有较高的建模精度。
In order to facilitate the dynamic simulation and control scheme design of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),a dynamic model of the PEMFC by bypassing its internal complexity based on least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)was established.The output voltage and temperature characteristics of the PEMFC with 100%humidification of the exchange membrane were described by this dynamic model.The load current was taken as the input,the output voltage and temperature of the PEMFC stack were taken as the outputs for the model.The validity and accuracy of the LS-SVM model were tested by MATLAB simulation.Compared with the experimental data of the output voltage and the temperature for the PEMFC under the step change of current,the LS-SVM identification model had higher modeling accuracy.
