摘要
目的探讨六西格玛理论在肠道门诊管理中的应用。方法在肠道门诊管理中,通过六西格玛的理论知识培训、项目选择和团队的建设,确立实施项目,分阶段提升管理措施。结果采用六西格玛理论方法后,优化了保肠道门诊患者的就诊流程,提升就诊满意度,同时有效降低医用消毒成本。结论在肠道门诊的质量管理中应用里西格玛理论指导工作,可以有效的改进肠道门诊管理过程中存在的缺陷,从而促进质量管理的良性发展。
Objective To explore the application of Six Sigma Theory in the management of outpatient clinic.Methods In the management of outpatient clinic,through the theoretical knowledge training of Six Sigma,project selection and team building,the implementation project was established and the management measures were improved by stages.Results Six Sigma theory was used to optimize the outpatient treatment process of health care department,improve patient satisfaction,and effectively reduce the cost of medical disinfection.Conclusion The application of sigma theory in the quality management of outpatient clinic can effectively improve the defects in the process of outpatient clinic management,so as to promote the healthy development of quality management.
