摘要
本文通过对电动小货车用动力锂离子电池组的分析,研究了从电池组到电芯的整个拆解和分选过程以及各步骤所需的成本。同时,从电池组,模块及电芯三个层级分析了不同等级梯次利用的成本和优缺点。结果表明,电池拆解过程中成本最高的环节是从模组拆解为电芯,占整个拆解成本的34.05%;电池组层级梯次利用的成本最低,为5.97元/kWh,但应用范围有限;电芯层级梯次利用的成本最高,为16.31元/kWh,但可靠性和灵活性较好。通过对电池拆解和梯次利用的经济性进行分析,有助于研究梯次利用的经济可行性。
In this paper,through the analysis of the power lithium-ion battery for EV truck,the whole disassembling and grouping process from the battery to cell and the cost of each step are studied.At the same time,the cost,advantages and disadvantages of different levels of reutilization are analyzed from three levels:battery,module,and cell.The results show that the most expensive part of the process is disassembling modules to cells,accounting for 34.05%of the total disassembling cost;battery level reutilization’s cost is lowest,5.97 yuan/kWh,but with the limited application;cell level reutilization’s cost is highest,16.31 yuan/kWh,but the reliability and flexibility are better.The analysis of the economy of battery disassembling and reutilization is helpful in studying the economic feasibility of reutilization.
