摘要
波普尔以"历史决定论"来诠释马克思、恩格斯的·"历史唯物主义",并指责其理论存在的缺陷。这种诠释遭到国内学者的批判,但此类回应仍陷于"决定论—非决定论"框架中,未能克服"决定论"本身的困境。日本学者广松涉认为,对历史唯物主义的探究应当抛弃决定论框架,他指出马恩对于人类社会历史规律的揭示并非"决定论—非决定论"框架所能容纳;他通过阐释马恩必然与偶然以及历史规律结构与自由的辩证关系,阐明一种摆脱决定论框架的历史唯物主义。遗憾的是,广松涉方案只论其大略未涉及义理关节细部,本文通过阐释规律的阶段性和生成性补充和修正广松涉方案。
Karl Popper interprets the"historical materialism"in Marx and Engels as"historical determinism"and points out the very problem of it.This interpretation has been criticized by some scholars of China,but their critique still falls into the framework of"determinism vs.nondeterminism",which means that they fail to overcome the dilemma of"determinism"itself.The Japanese scholar Hiromatsu Wataru argues that in interpreting the historical materialism,we should abandon the deterministic framework.Because this framework is unable to present the laws of human history in societies Marx and Engels have uncovered.By explaining the dialectical relationship between necessity and chance,and the structure and freedom of historical laws,he expounds a kind of historical materialism beyond that framework.Regrettably,Hiromatsu Wataru’s theory ignores many details that are theoretically important.This paper is an attempt to supplement and modify the theory of Hiromatsu Wataru by explaining the periodicity and generativity of the laws of social history.
