摘要
德育是素质教育的灵魂。在我国的悠久历史中,处处都渗透着传统文化,在小学的德育教学中引进传统文化的熏陶,让学生在学习中体会传统文化,不但可以帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观等,也可以提升他们的道德修养,为学生今后的成长奠定良好的基础。所以学校教育必须把德育工作放在首位,随着我国经济高质量快速发展,德育显得更加重要。随着大小社会商品快速的流通,人们原来的思想意识、价值观念受到了挑战,产生很多意想不到的变化。这种挑战与变化最终会直接影响到青少年儿童。因此,摆在每个教育工作者面前的首要任务就是是如何搞好学校德育工作,以取得更为明显的成效。
Moral education is the soul of quality education. In our country’s long history, traditional culture is permeated everywhere. Introducing the influence of traditional culture in the moral education teaching of primary school, so that students can experience the traditional culture in learning, can not only help students establish a correct outlook on life and values, but also improve their moral cultivation, laying a good foundation for students’ future growth. Therefore, school education must put moral education in the first place. With the rapid development of China’s economy, moral education is more important. With the rapid circulation of commodities in large and small society, people’s original ideology and values have been challenged, resulting in many unexpected changes. This kind of challenge and change will eventually directly affect teenagers and children. Therefore, the most important task in front of every educator is how to do a good job in school moral education in order to achieve more obvious results.
