建构“关爱·成长”的心理健康教育之路

摘要 近年来,我国教育部门对学生的心理健康教育的关注度逐年增加,心理健康教育已经逐步成为学校教育中的重要组成部分。学校把提升学生的心理素质和性格培养视为心理健康教育的重点发展方向。我校不仅从学校制度中对学生的心理教育问题做了明确规定,还成立了以学校领导为中心的教育部门,以班级为核心的心理教育主体,构建了心理健康教育网络体系。积极创设符合学生成长阶段的心理教育活动,从不同的角度着手学生的心理健康教育。以关爱学生成长为目标,明确学校领导、班主任教师以及心理健康教师的岗位职责,结合学校资源开展科学有效的心理健康教育。 In recent years,China’s education departments pay more attention to students’ mental health education year by year,and mental health education has gradually become an important part of school education. The school regards improving students’ psychological quality and character training as the key development direction of mental health education. Our school has not only made clear provisions on students’ Psychological Education from the school system,but also established an education department with school leadership as the center,and the psychological education subject with the class as the core,and constructed the network system of mental health education. Actively create psychological education activities in line with students’ growth stage,and start students’ mental health education from different angles. To care for the growth of students as the goal,clear school leaders,class teachers and mental health teachers’ job responsibilities,combined with school resources to carry out scientific and effective mental health education.
