摘要
教育是一个系统工程。家庭和学校是孩子成长的两翼,只有彼此拥抱才可以让孩子自由飞翔,才能产生事半功倍的教育效果。临沂朱夏小学以阳光育人发展为总体目标,坚持以立德树人为根本任务,立足于"全面发展、人人阳光、学有所长、个个闪光"的培养目标。为进一步促进家校共育形成合力,构建学习型家庭,构建成长型合育共同体,学校积极完善学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"的育人网络,不断提高家长育人能力,进一步完善家校合作育人机制,建立校外辅导员制度,并充分发挥其在阳光品行养成、家长读书、家长课堂、家长沙龙、社会实践活动、共同体活动、学校发展等方面的重要作用,形成三位一体的育人合力。
