摘要
德育是提高个体思想内涵、道德品行以及政治思维的重要因素。社会的发展离不开高质量人才的支持,而教育水平中德育工作是否落实到位则决定了人才培养的最终效果。为教育出品学兼优、具有正确人生价值观和健康心理的学生,学校应当加强对学生德育工作的开展力度。因此,怎样加强初中班主任德育工作的实效性转变成学校教育启蒙内容中最为关键的问题之一。本文主要分析初中班主任在德育工作中存在的缺陷问题,并针对如何提高德育工作实效性提出有关策略。
Moral education is an important factor to improve the connotation of individual thought,moral conduct and political thinking.The development of society can not be separated from the support of high quality talents,and whether the moral education work is carried out in the educational level determines the final effect of talent training.For the education of students with good academic qualities and correct values of life and healthy psychology,the school should strengthen the[1]of moral education.Therefore,how to strengthen the effectiveness of moral education of junior high school class teachers has become one of the most important problems in the enlightenment content of school education.This paper mainly analyzes the defects of junior middle school class teachers in moral education,and puts forward some strategies on how to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
