摘要
班主任在班级管理实践中发挥着重要的作用,可以说,一个班级的班风班貌如何与班主任的具体工作开展有着非常密切的关系,所以积极的讨论分析班主任的具体管理工作,总结管理中的优秀经验和缺陷,这对于指导班主任开展工作有突出的意义。就目前的班主任管理工作分析来看,在技术进步和理念更新的基础上,班主任管理班级的指导思想和具体技术有了显著的改善,柔性管理便是目前管理实践中发挥重要作用的一类管理思路。文章对初中班主任柔性管理的相关工作进行分析与讨论,旨在为管理实践提供指导和参考。
The teacher in charge plays an important role in the class management practice,so to speak,how a class’s and grade’s ban feng class appearance with the teacher in charge of specific work has a very close relationship,so the discussion of the positive analysis of the teacher in charge of the specific management,summarizes the good experience and defects of the management and it has prominent significance for guiding the teacher in charge work.Based on the analysis of the current head teacher management work,on the basis of technological progress and concept renewal,the head teacher’s guiding ideology and specific technology in managing the class have been significantly improved.Flexible management is a kind of management thinking that plays an important role in the current management practice.This paper analyzes and discusses the work related to the flexible management of junior middle school head teachers,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the management practice.
