摘要
在推动国家经济发展的过程中,我国的工农业发展非常迅速。其中快速的经济发展以环境破坏为代价,环境问题成为了社会的共性问题以及焦点问题。我国开始重新调整发展战略目标,以科学发展观为依据,真正实现可持续发展,积极构建环境友好型和资源节约型社会。学者在对绿色化学进行分析及研究时,主要以化学反应及过程分析为依据,着眼于原子经济性的基本原则来进行进一步的剖析及解读。在化学反应中,如果获取新物质,就需要充分利用参与反应的每一个原料的原子,真正实现提前预防,加强对污染的控制。其中科学手段的利用非常关键,只有这样才能够实现整个反应过程的零污染和零排放。因此,有的学者认为,绿色化学是一种从源头上阻断污染的化学。
In the process of promoting the national economic development,the industrial and agricultural development of our country is very rapid.The rapid economic development is at the expense of environmental damage,and environmental problems have become the common problems and focus of society.Our country begins to readjust the development strategy goal,take the scientific development view as the basis,truly realizes the sustainable development,positively constructs the environment-friendly and the resource-saving society.In the analysis and research of green chemistry,scholars mainly based on chemical reaction and process analysis,focusing on the basic principles of atomic economy to further analyze and interpret.In chemical reactions,if new substances are obtained,it is necessary to make full use of the atoms of each raw material involved in the reaction,to truly achieve early prevention and to strengthen the control of pollution.The use of scientific means is very critical,only in this way can achieve zero pollution and zero emissions throughout the reaction process.Therefore,some scholars believe that green chemistry is a chemical that blocks pollution from the source.
