摘要
在新课改不断深化的背景下,素质教育理念也愈加深入人心,作为素质教育中的重要组成部分,德育教育也受到了更为广泛的重视和推崇。在高中教育教学中,如何高效实施德育工作成为了广大教学工作者重点探究的课题。基于此,以下就将新课改背景作为前提,首先分析高中班主任德育工作理念,随后就高中班主任德育工作策略展开探究,希望提供参考。
Under the background of the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,the concept of quality education has become more popular.As an important part of quality education,moral education has also received more extensive attention and praise.In high school education and teaching,how to efficiently implement moral education has become a key research topic for teaching workers.Based on this,the following will take the background of the new curriculum reform as a prerequisite,first analyze the moral education work concept of high school head teachers,and then explore the moral education work strategies of high school head teachers,hoping to provide references.
