摘要
社会各界对于当前幼儿教育事业的关注度愈加重视,这一举动是人类文明的进步,也是正确意识的新起点。在当前部分农村地区当中,幼儿教师的专业素养问题仍需加强重视,这也是在实际教学中与教学任务同等重要的一个重点问题。本文将针对当前农村幼儿教师专业素养较低的成因展开分析,并提出提高农村幼儿教师的专业素养的策略。
All sectors of society pay more and more attention to the cause of early childhood education,which is the progress of human civilization and a new starting point of correct awareness.At present,in some rural areas,preschool teachers’prof essional quality still needs to be paid more attention,which is also an important issue in the actual teaching as well as the teaching task.This paper will analyze the causes of the low prof essional quality of rural preschool teachers,and put forward the strategies to improve the prof essional quality of rural preschool teachers.
