中国共产党成立100年来,党的对外宣传工作坚持从历史长河、时代大潮、全球风云中探究机理规律,实现了从无到有、从弱到强、从被动到主动的历史性跨越,架设起中国与世界沟通对话的桥梁,为中国革命和建设之路、社会主义发展之路、中华民族复兴之路创造了良好国际环境。百年对外宣传为百年党史写下了绚丽章节,也为立党兴党强党形成了坚守信仰、忠诚担当,矢志不渝、砥砺奋进,与时俱进、开拓创新,开放自信、兼容并蓄,无所畏惧、奋勇当先的宝贵外宣精神。站在中国共产党百年华诞新的历史起点,中国外文局将继续发扬党的优良外宣传统,践行党的外宣精神,进一步做好习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对外宣介,着力提高国际传播影响力、中华文化感召力、中国形象亲和力、中国话语说服力、国际舆论引导力,扩大中国国际朋友圈,努力建设世界一流、具有强大综合实力的国际传播机构,为世界读懂中国、读懂中国共产党作出新的更大贡献。
Since its founding 100 years ago,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been committed to exploring the principles and mechanisms of international communication by reviewing the history and analyzing current trends against the evolving global landscape.Starting from scratch,the CPC has completed a remarkable journey of international communication,evolving from weak to strong and from passive to proactive.With the leadership of CPC,international communication serves as a bridge between the country and the rest of the world.It has fostered an enabling international environment conducive to the building of the Party and the country,the development of socialism,as well as the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Over the past 100 years,international communication has constituted a splendid aspect in the history of the CPC.It contributes to CPC’s legitimacy,resilience and strength with its underlying spirit of firm beliefs,loyalty,responsibility,persistence,diligence,progressiveness,innovation,openness,confidence,diversity,courage and determination.At the historical juncture of the 100 th anniversary of the CPC,China International Publishing Group(CIPG)will remain committed to preserving and promoting the Party’s fine traditions of international communication and to distilling the aforementioned spirit in our work.CIPG will further its work on the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The aim is to build itself into a world-class international communication organization with great influence so that it can help with the effectiveness of China’s international communication,the persuasiveness of China’s voice,the expansion of China’s circle of friends,the reception of Chinese culture,and the positive image and global influence of the nation.By doing so,it endeavors to make new and greater contributions to the world’s understanding of China and the CPC.
