摘要
劳模精神是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,新时代赋予了劳模精神新的价值内涵和时代特质。在当前德智体美劳"五育"并举的教育体系下,高校作为传播和弘扬劳模精神的重要文化阵地,要以劳模精神引导师生正确认识时代责任和历史使命,树立正确的劳动价值观,从制度文化、精神文化、行为文化、物质文化等方面探析劳模精神融入校园文化建设的实践路径。
The spirit of model workers is an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The new era endows the spirit of model workers with new value connotations and characteristics of the times.Under the current"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously",colleges and universities,as an important cultural front for spreading and promoting the spirit of model workers,should use the spirit of model workers to guide teachers and students to correctly understand the responsibilities and historical missions of the times and establish correct labor values.Colleges and universities should explore the practice path of integrating the spirit of model workers into the construction of campus culture from the aspects of system culture,spiritual culture,behavior culture,and material culture.
