高校艺术类教师科研能力提升“三融合”路径的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在建设高校艺术类教师队伍的实践中,培养教师科研能力,促进教师科研能力的提升,有助于构建高素质的艺术类教师队伍,全面提高高校艺术类教育质量。从提升高校艺术类教师科研能力入手进行研究,重点对艺术类教师科研能力的培养和措施进行了系统的论证,从促进知识教育与能力培养融合、促进组织建设和制度管理融合、促进校内培训和社会实践融合的“三融合”视角进行了深入分析,希望能够为新时代高校艺术类教育活动的开展提供师资队伍的保障,有效促进艺术类教育指导工作的科学发展。 In the practice of building art teachers in colleges and universities,cultivating teachers’scientific research ability and promoting the improvement of teachers’scientific research ability will help to build a high-quality art teacher team and comprehensively improve the quality of art education in colleges and universities.The research starts from improving the scientific research ability of art teachers in colleges and universities,and focuses on the systematic demonstration of the cultivation and measures of the scientific research ability of art teachers.The perspective of“three integrations”of social practice integration has been deeply analyzed,hoping to provide a guarantee for the teaching staff for the development of art education activities in colleges and universities in the new era,and effectively promote the scientific development of art education guidance.
