摘要
近年来人民生活水平的提高和假期制度的改革,我国旅游业进入了高速发展阶段,但因应用型人才培养体系不完善等问题,也制约着旅游管理专业人才的发展,不断变化的竞争环境,对旅游管理专业人才的核心素养提出了更高的要求。研究学生发展核心素养是落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要举措,也是适应世界教育改革发展趋势、提升我国教育国际竞争力的迫切需要。在国家职业教育改革的战略部署下,构建和创新高职院校立德树人专业人才核心素养培养体系,成为颇有研究价值的课题。
In recent years,the improvement of people’s living standards and vacation system,the reform of China’s tourism industry has entered a rapid development phase,but due to the applied talent cultivation system is not perfect,also restricts the development of the tourism management specialized talented person,the changing competitive environment,to the core of tourism management talents quality put forward higher requirements.Studying the core qualities of students’development is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students with virtue,and it is also an urgent need to adapt to the development trend of world education reform and improve the international competitiveness of China’s education.Under the strategic deployment of national vocational education reform,constructing and innovating the cultivation system of the core quality of moral cultivation professionals in higher vocational colleges has become a subject of great research value.
