摘要
随着中国特色现代学徒制人才培养模式的不断推进,如何在深化校企合作育人的同时,改革核心课程体系,培养具有高级技术技能和深度内涵能力的高素质技术技能人才,是相关学者研究的热点问题之一。以专业相关岗位技能为标准,校企行共建共享核心课程体系,扩大学生知识面,更新学生技术技能储备,将大国工匠精神融入学生内涵建设,提升综合就业能力。
With the development of modern apprenticeship training mode with Chinese characteristics,how to reform the core curriculum system and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel with advanced technical skills and deep connotation ability while deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises is one of the hot issues of relevant scholars.Based on professional skills,schools,enterprises and trades should build a core curriculum system to expand students’knowledge,renew students’technical skills reserves,integrate"craftsman spirit"into students’connotation construction,and enhance their comprehensive employment ability.
