摘要
鲁班文化是中国工匠精神的突出体现,更是土建类专业双创人才培养的丰富土壤。建筑业需要大量的具有工匠精神的双创人才。鲁班文化作为建筑业经典的文化代表,大力推动鲁班文化,弘扬工匠精神,提高技能型人才质量,培养双创人才,是土建类职业教育面临的重大课题。
luban culture is the outstanding embodiment of the spirit of Chinese craftsmen,but also a rich soil for the cultivation of talents for entrepreneurship and innovation in civil engineering.The construction industry needs a large number of innovative talents with the spirit of craftsman.Luban culture,as a representative of the classical culture of the construction industry,is a major task facing the vocational education of civil engineering to promote the culture of luban,promote the spirit of craftsman,improve the quality of skilled talents and cultivate talents for entrepreneurship and innovation.
