摘要
文化自信是建设高水平、高质量高职院校的精神动力,是培养高素质劳动者和技能人才的必然要求。当前高职院校的学生缺乏职业自信和文化自信,文化忧患意识不足,学校的文化育人功能仍需加强,企业的文化资源优势没有充分体现。为此,高职院校应该通过加强内涵建设,打造高职特色校园文化,借力企业资源和加强国际交流合作等方式,树立学生的职业自信和文化自信,发挥学校的文化育人功能。
Cultural self-confidence is the spiritual power of building high-level and high-quality vocational colleges,and it is the inevitable requirement of training high-quality workers and skilled personnel.At present,vocational college students lack professional confidence and cultural self-confidence,lack of awareness of cultural crisis,the school’s cultural education function still needs to be strengthened,and the cultural resource advantages of enterprises are not fully reflected.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should build up students’professional confidence and cultural self-confidence,and give full play to the school’s cultural education function by strengthening connotation construction,building campus culture with higher vocational characteristics,leveraging enterprise resources and strengthening international exchange and cooperation.
