摘要
高等院校以社会主义价值观为指导构建班级共同体,是把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入教书育人全过程的要求。因此高校在班级管理中,应该切实融入社会主义价值观教育。本文首先分析高等院校培育践行社会主义核心价值观的重要性及意义所在,探究当前高职院校如何以社会主义核心价值观为指导,探索建设和谐班级共同体的策略,希望以此能够为相关高职院校提供参考性的工作建议。
Guided by the socialist core values,universities build class community to cultivate and practice the socialist core values into the whole teaching process.As a result,in the period of class management in universities,we should effectively integrate the socialist core values into education.The paper analysed the importance of the practice of socialist core values in universities.Under the guidance of socialist core values,the vocational colleges how to explore the strategies of building a harmonious class community.The author hopes that this paper can provide references for related vocational colleges.
